CrossFit is a series of high intensity, constantly varied, functional movements designed to improve your overall health and fitness. While this might sound intimidating at first, each movement is infinitely scalable to any fitness level. Our expert team cater to all ability and skill levels through every single workout. 

 

Crossfit Desire offers a safe and friendly environment to begin or continue your CrossFit Journey. Head coach, Sonja – a qualified physiotherapist – ensures that each session has a focus on good technique in order to prevent injury and keep you moving. 

You'll find the Desire community to be welcoming, supportive and an all-round top team, with plenty of motivation and laughs to go around.

All you need is a towel, water bottle and yourself!
