We run Gymnastics and Olympic lifting classes each week. These are great to fine tune your skills to improve your everyday workout performance.
Time to work on your personal goals!
We allow time each day for Open Gym! An opportunity to come in and use the facilities for additional training, working on your weaknesses or perhaps doing the workout in your own time if you can't make the scheduled class.
